Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the District of Columbia for the resolution of any disputes.
